I want to say these are scrubs but i mean they could also be used as chill pants. They have dark blue draw strings that tighten the waist with pockets at the waist and like outter left knee. (Which is why I think they're scrubs) the material is thick and rough but i have no use for them if anyone else does, you're more than welcome (:
