They are NEW without “tags”, or in this case - without bag. If you know the website, it’s geared towards lovely Plus Sized ladies. Clothes tend to run a little on the larger side, in general. These hug your curves in all the right places! Also, Chic Soul **rarely** has hangtags on their clothing, as they send in cello/plastic bags. Stretch! Quite forgiving. Measurements in pix.
