Dansko flex sole black leather

Dansko black leather flex sole slip on shoes. They are like new and have not been worn. The only flaw I can find is a small hole in each of the sides of the shoes where I imagine a tag was placed. They've been sitting in my closet since I bought them. I learned that I wear a size 39. These are a size 38. Please see the pictures as they are part of the description.
