I only wore them for 2 hours as it was a last-minute purchase before deciding to change careers. A side benefit is without knowing it they make you stand with better posture, so you walk taller. I have a pair that I am keeping because they are wonderful for airline travel due to comfort and aid in the ease and speed of getting through the security checkpoints.
