laneebaxter Hello - do you know if Do you have to size up on this style? I wear this size in open back on Dansko brand - i was told there has to be a baby finger worth of room on back between heel and shoe leather ….

plantartist76 @laneebaxter I think this style is pretty true to size? I have another pair that is more tailored that I did size up to a 40. This one will stretch with regular wear. I have another pair just like these that have been well-worn and are very comfortable. When you walk in them, they should slip off the heel a bit so I would say that means there is room at the back? Wearing thinner, wool socks also helps you have more room as you break them in.

plantartist76 I'm not sure--I would say regular width of a size 9? These will feel snug, initially, and then gradually stretch with regular use.
