Suede upper & lower portion has Dansko's typical thick leather. As with all my leather shoes, every season I put a waterproofing polish on the leather only and the heels. As you can see the heels are ready for some moisture! The suede has rub marks that must have come from my jeans? The left heel has a small puncture but isn't soft, I can push on it without any "give". These are size 38 which = 7.5 - 8 M width
