Pre- owned with some general wear. A couple of smudge marks, and basic wear to discoloration on bottom of shoes. These are a size 40, which according to Dansko is usually a 9.5, but I would say these are fitting more like a 8.5-9. I am a 8.5 usually and I could wear them, they only have a little room on back. So I would say this particular shoe is fitting for a person who usually wears between a 8.5-9.
