Has no major imperfections but the ribbon in which you use to hang dry after washing one side is ripped but it does not affect the way you wear the skirt. It’s is a circle skirt that sits at the waist. It’s supposed to be knee length but depending on your height it might be higher or lower. Says it’s 97% cotton and 3 % elastane.
