Dancing Queen Blue Prom/Pageant dress

I believe this dress had been previously altered to fit a shorter girl (I’m 5’7), so it’s best for someone shorter than myself. The cups look weird because I’m stretching my arms up to show the sides. This dress is loose on me, I believe it is a size 4, but the tag with that information is not on the dress. The original price is a random guess. Please send in offers!
