Dana Buchman (remember her) short sleeve turtleneck sweater. The sleeves are above the elbow and it sits at the waist. Sorry but this is dry clean only but that’s because it’s high quality wool. This is great alone or with a blazer or cardigan. The color is sort of a mix of brown and camel.
