Measures approx. 16 1/2" across the waistband 1/2nd...19 1/2" across the hips-measured 7" down from waistband--this will depend on where your hips fall in but it will be close....24" long from top of waistband. Measurements taken flat. Shell is 100% Silk...lining is acetate...trim is nylon. Dry Clean. Gently worn..no real flaws noted but there are a lot of lace flowers--one might have gone a bit cattywampus Clean. Could use a bit of steam to get out wrinkles. From my non-smoking home. E C
