A peplum button-down blouse in periwinkle blue with a V-neck and short sleeves, by Dana Buchman. Recently bought second hand and never wore it. Condition: Slight discoloration/staining under one sleeve, as shown in the last photo. Otherwise excellent condition. Size: XS, but too wide on someone who normally wears 0-2.
