Love, LOVE silk velvet--the luxurious feel of chinchilla fur without the guilt! This jacket is a very unique light Gray - greenish color. Unique collar can be worn in different ways to change the look. And the texture of the velvet provides a lot of highlights and low lights for dramatic effect. I am calling this 1930's style because I have an authentic 1930's brown silk opera jacket that is very like this one.
