claudiajohns594 Is the 13" from the floor to the top of boot? Can you provide shaft height from top of heel to top of shaft and circumference top of boot? Is the insole cushioned at all? Thank you

heatherharphant @claudiajohns594 from the top of the boot to bottom of heel is 13-13.5 inches. shaft height is 12-12.5 inches. Circumference of boot is about 5 inches. there are no inserts, I am not sure if there once were any, but there is cushion to the heel. hope this helps lmk 8f there are anymore questions. these have been conditioned. there are some flaws noted in the pictures

mzlittle_one Hello, are these still available? Would you say they are true to size or do they run small? I’m a 6 in sneakers but wear 6.5-7 in heels and boots.
