@snapdoodle Thank you for your interest. I remeasured the dress laying down. The Bust Measured 35", all other measurements are the same. However, there is no stretch to the dress. There is no elastic at the waist or in the straps.

@snapdoodle Thank you for your interest. I remeasured the dress laying down instead of hanging. The only measurement that changed was the Bust. It is 35" lying flat. There is no stretch to the dress, nor any elastic in the waist or straps.
