Daisy Fuentes red dress

Never worn! Just lived in a closet for years! Dress measures 39” from shoulder to hem, laying flat the waist is 18” and under the arms it’s 21”. The material is very stretchy and it came with the cute belt.maybe it’s supposed to be worn like an empire waist but I’m not sure. Very light and breezy. I do buy one get ones on most of my stuff so bundle and save!
