Dainty lab created sapphire and diamond ring in .925!

This is so beautiful! Tested as sapphire, and I'm fairly certain this is lab created because it's so vibrant. Center cushion cut stone is 5mm, accented by two smaller sapphires (around 2mm). The tiny diamonds are on either side of the basket, holding the main stone. The stamp is worn on the ring, so I acid tested it and it was positive for sterling silver.
