Dainty Jewells Dress

Dainty Jewells dress. I bought it second hand from a friend with the run on the lower skirt already there and I’ve tripped on it a couple times. ( I’m about 5’9” ) . It has some spots in it that I was unable to get out myself ( used a dryel stain pen from a at home dry cleaning kit along with the dry cleaning bag and cloth.). I was originally planning on getting it professionally dry cleaned and shortened to prevent me from tripping but it’s been too tight on the top for about a year so it’s just time for me to pass it on to someone else. Has no stretch and the brand does tend to run small. IMO it runs more like a xl ( I’m right on the border of xl and 1x usually depending on fit and brand.)
