Masquerade motif print with wide black velvet waistband and elegant side bow. Skirt is multilayered in front with inner silk panel followed by sheer silk panel, followed by sheer asymmetrical multi-panel exterior. Back has 2 layers: one silk, exterior sheer silk. All panel have masquerade motif print.
