elizabethsathe @queenofnile I am so sorry for the delay, I was traveling. It’s difficult to measure exactly what you’re asking since it is a wrap dress. The rough measurement from armpit to where the tie hits is about 6-6.5inches. Unfortunately, I cannot accurately measure the waist. I would say it is a true size 8 and can be adjust to fit tighter or you can adjust to fit a little more generously in the waist. Let me know if there is another way I can measure it for you

tjex Hello. Are there any snags, pulls, runs, or punctures on the item? Has the dress been altered? Are there any discolorations (i.e under arm stains ..etc)? Lastly, is this item from a smoke and pet free location?
