The color is cobalt, a deep purplish blue. 100% polyester. Machine wash. Excellent (EUC) condition. No apparent damage or wear. Approx, flat: Armpit-to-armpit: 22" - very loose fit up top, no armpits (dolman sleeves) so estimated the bust. Hem (straight across): 20" Shoulder to hem: 25"
