DV by Dolce Vita black booties size 12 never worn

Just purchased these, they are size 12 but run small .5-1 size depending on the person. I am 11.5-12 usually but these were my first Dolce Vita shoes. There is a tiny scratch on the front right shoe you can’t see unless you zoom in.
