Black velvet…..if you please. And so cool Alannah Myles OR Stevie Nix would wear it! I added a photo of the choker necklace ( I’ll include) used as a lacer to keep the neckline together. I have worn once, delicate washed & hung dry. See tag, it really is silk velvet! I will include anthro bag too.
