@ces19 omg..I think they got mixed up ...the lady at ups must have messed up because I had 4 packages that I was mailing through Poshmark and I told her what order that I triple checked but, she must have messed up anyways. Iโm so sorry. Iโm gonna get ahold of the other lady and see if yโall can switch and I can reimburse you the shipping. It should only be like $3 or $4 dollars. Again Iโm so sorry this happened!!!!

@cartyv80 this happened to me once before. If you contact posh they will send each of us a shipping label to send the item to each other. At least thatโs what they did when it happened to me.

@ces19 yes. I sent a message also so I will try them again cuz the other lady said sheโs sending me the package back..even though I told her that they would pay for the exchange shipping so I will try again and see if I can get a phone number for them! Iโm sorry all this happened!

@cartyv80 @cartyv80 I got and email from them with the original label that was sent to you after her purchase. I printed and attached it to the package. I just handed it to my mail lady about 20 minutes ago her package is already on the way.
If she has not gotten an email maybe she can email Poshmark. I went into the screen where you accept the order and I did not accept the order, rather indicated the problem.

@cartyv80 They asked me to elaborate, I did. They emailed and asked me to send a photo of the label that was sent to me as well as the item. I did. Then they emailed with the label last night. Is it frustrating? Yes, but there is no need to get ugly. Things happen, the last thing we need right now is more ugly. Youโre welcome to tag her on this thread maybe sheโll understand the process better. ๐
