DRESS BARN size LARGE black with white floral pattern. Although it isn’t, the pattern presents itself as lace. The sleeves are short ruffles, which extend down the front of blouse and around the neckline. The bottom of blouse has a smaller ruffle. The neckline is a V-neck with the bottom of V off centered giving it an extra decorative WOW! Pit to pit measures 23 inches. Material is 100% polyester. CALL OUT: There is a slight snag on the front of blouse (see photo with blue circle showing this snag). With the lacy appearance, this is easily overlooked, but I want to give full transparency for buyer).
