DR2 Black Velvet Floral Peplum Blouse Top Sheer Overlay V-Neck size PM

Beautiful black peplum top from DR2. Very flowy with ruffle half sleeves and a v-neck line. It has a sheer overlay with black velvet flowers, I love the contrast of materials! It's not quite my style anymore and I hope someone else will love it! Almost new condition, only worn a few times. Size Petite Medium, but please see measurements in photos!
