DR. WHO Medium Skater Skirt Black/White Tardis

Her universe lined skirt. This a must have for that Dr. Who fan ! A gently worn in overall excellent looking shape skirt would make a very unique addition to a fans collection. There are a few minor flaws that are really not visible but under very close scrutiny. I look for absolute perfection in what i resell but sometimes very close to that is close enough this i feel is in that category.
