Like new, worn only once! Super cute lined wool skirt with scalloped edge from Talbots. All over print has embroidered black doxies with red collars! Skirt is navy and dark green tiny stripes- see photo for zoom. I love this skirt and am sad to see it go :( hope to find it a new home with another doxie lover! 💕
