This DOWNEAST Embroidered Sleeve Blouse is the sweetest. Beautiful embroidered flowers on the short bell sleeves. Very relaxed v neck with a sort of crocheted detail. Soft flowy material. True to size. Note: tag says machine wash cold. It will look like it shrunk, but just air dry, stretch it out, and then iron. It’ll be back to normal.
