The semi sheer layer over top is done in a mix of prints combined with beautiful black lace insects. 5” deep ruffle trim around the sleeves and at the hem makes this a great choice for any occasion. Bust 21” laid flat Waist 19” laid flat Hip 29” laid flat Note: The outer, semi sheer layer is a woven fabric. This fits like a true XL, however, it is slightly tighter in the bust. I would say this fits more like a large in the bust area but will still look great!
