samaposh Also, it seems strange that they would only enforce this with items that go to their HQ. If they are truly enforcing this they would have to remove all nail polish and perfume listings from the site as those are only supposed to be shipped by ground, not Priority mail. From their community guidelines page: USPS does not allow the shipment of perfume, nail polish, and other flammable liquids with the type of shipping label that Poshmark uses. As such, these items are not permitted on Poshmark.

I emailed them but they just answered with a basic template response of their guidelines but the only reason the advent calendar is rejected is because its over $500 and has to go to their HQ. If it is less than $500 they allow it, but its so contradicting because theres so many people selling perfumes, face creams, & nail polish.

loveofluxxe @pearlsbowtique no prob love! Just trying to avoid all poshers from having a bad experience. I saw a lady who got her advent calendar rejected and it came back split in half 😩 they blamed it on Usps but it all couldve been avoided had they not made her send it in the mail to HQ knowing it would get rejected 🙅🏼‍♀️

maxineandnala1 Yes, I've tried selling perfume on the site and it posts a warning that it's against policy. I don't understand why just on perfume when all different kinds of liquid are sold on the site and it's ok.

liznnola It's because of Chanel not autheticating the liquid items. The counterfeit trade in Chanel perfumes is staggering. It's easier for PM to "just say no." The high price triggers this "policy."
