Delia's Velvet Leggings Y2K Royal Blue From the mid 2000s Close to new, think I only wore them once. Purchased from dELIA*s in the mall in 2007 or 2008, not the recent collab with Dolls Kill. Almost vintage! Super soft. Tag is M but this fit runs small, so fits more like a small than a medium. I was a size 4 or 5 when these were bought and they were TIGHT would recommend for a size 2/3 or smaller.
