Black Halter Dress with White Floral Print! This dress is a beauty! It has a tulle trim that peeks out at the bottom. Built-in lightly passed shelf bra. Waist sits at true natural waistline. Has loops for a belt, but didn't have a belt or sash when I purchased it. Waist is 14 inches across and dress is 25 inches long. Only wore the dress once for a rehearsal dinner. One owner in a smoke free home. No rips, tears, or stains.
