DONATED Baby blue babydoll dress open-back open sides

I bought this from a thrift shop. It has no tags. I’m not entirely sure if the sides are meant to be fully open or stitched at the one spot as photos. There’s a small stitch and safety pin on both sides. I imagine you could wear it either way. Would be a really great swimsuit coverup for a day at the beach. Beautiful light baby blue color - camera didn’t quite capture the color perfectly - lighting was unfortunately a little yellow, but the dress is a light, light barely blue color.
