Valentino Garavani Roma Black wool shrug with crystal accents on the sleeve. High neck, single button closure. Cropped fit 100% wool Size 44 (US 6/8) This is gorgeously vintage. Perfect way to dress up some jeans and a silk top. Pristine with gentle wear. Worn once or twice. Dry clean stored. FYI: Fashion designer Valentino Clemente Ludovico Garavani created the brand Valentino Garavani, which is an Italian brand for leather and fashion, this includes the labels/collections Valentino Garavani, Roma, and Red. The Roma collection is mostly haute clothing and RED is more for the younger trendy crowd. NOTE: This is not to be confused with Valentino by Mario Valentino. This is a completely different brand that focuses only on Italian leather goods. In his own right, I think he is a good designer and many of his styles have been called “copycats” of Garavani; they even had a dispute (settled) over the name “Valentino.” He came out around the same time as Garavani. It is an interesting story if you want to read more about it, but they are two distinct brands. Valentino by Mario is not as expensive or high-fashion … IMO Garavani is Garavani lol but Mario Valentino stuff is nice too.
