damselinmydress @snadaf07 hello! Pardon delay, didn’t see your comments. Yes, could absolutely fit small. Like most Doen pieces, this is fairly open sizing, and cuffs and neck are elasticized. I can add measurements to the listing if you like

damselinmydress @snadaf07 added measurements! Let me know if you were after I’m any other specifics. Measurements were taken without belt… so keep in mind, if you want to wear it with a belt, it would cinch the waist and may reduce the length by an inch or 2 depending on your curves - also the sleeves are elasticized so they can be worn down or pushed up :)

damselinmydress @snadaf07 the model in the first pic is Alex, she’s 5’9” and wears the XS, this same size. I’m 5’4” so it hits just above my knee, when belted/slightly blouses it hits 3/4 of the way down my thigh (or about 3-4” above my knee cap, which is the skinniest part of the thigh so the most flattering place to hit!)
