DODDS Bell Brooch/earrings YG 1950’s BOOK PIECE

Dimensions: Brooch: 1 3/4 by 1 5/8", earrings: 3/4 by 3/4". Designer signed: DODDS(c) Book Piece This cheerful vintage holiday set from DODDS features a gold plated domed Christmas bell brooch set with sparkling vibrant pink red Aurora borealis rhinestones. The bells have an actual clapper that dangles and moves! The matching screw back earrings also have the dangling clappers. The set is in excellent vintage condition. The metal is bright and shiny the earring show a dot on the back of one earring… looks like manufacturing flaw. All of the pieces in this set are signed Dodds. The brooch measures 1 3/4 by 1 5/8" and the earrings measure 3/4 by 3/4". Shown in Costume Jewelry 101 by Julia C. Carroll on page 164.
