DO+BE teal strapless ruffle top mini dress

I have only worn this very cute boutique dress 2 times. it’s perfect for spring/summer! It’s a size small however, as shown in one of the pictures it has been altered in the top part. when i first got it it was too big on the top so it could now fit a size extra small. I love this dress so much it just got too short on me. i’m 5’ 3” and it’s very short on me. it’s in good condition, it just has a minor rip in the lining of the dress however, it’s completely un-noticeable because it’s in the inside of the dress.
