DO+BE black Lace & Velvet romper

This romper has long sleeves that flare out similar to bell sleeves. There is black velvet around the waistband, bottom of shorts, and end of sleeves. Nothing wrong with it, just starting to fit too tight around the waist. I am normally a M-L in the top, and this would probably be snug on a size M but fit perfectly on a size S. Black built in cami so it isn’t see through. In perfect condition.
