tiatia826 @sewsweetlady Well, I just went to block her and her closet is empty. Which means, of course, that she'll soon be (if she hasn't already) be opening a new closet with another name and a fake picture, and will repeat the process all over again. That's what the scammers are doing, and tons of people are losing money and items because of this. Totally sucks.

tiatia826 @sewsweetlady Just a tip for everyone: if you post the name of a scammer to alert others, do not put the @ sign in front of the name. All this does is alert her to the fact that people are on to her, and she will most likely just open a new closet under a different name.

sewsweetlady @gardenia951 Posh mark Advice Sadly, I've got screwed over on a trade too. Some advice I can give now is ALWAYS go through Poshmark even if its just the shipping, because then they (Poshmark Support) might be able to do something about it. Also, it may save money but try to avoid PayPal, that leaves a lot of doors wide open. Another tip, take a look at all their pics... Are they strictly Internet pics? Are they all taken within the same or close to the same backgrounds?....just a few tips :) hope I helped! Also, when trading mark your items for $3.00 so it is an "official purchase" through postmark then the poshmark team can do something about it if the other trader falls through.

gardenia951 Her pictures do show the same background, but who knows someone could of easily sent her pictures of their phone through email and she could have easily put them on here. :( yeah I've been ripped off on other websites including craigslist as well!

sewsweetlady @rannieeee you go the persons profile you want to block and there is a button on the upper right hand corner of your phone, it should say block when you click it and you would say yes :)
