I got your offer. thanks. I'd like to counter with $23 and 5.95 shipping. I'm trying to stay within about $30 total for dress, shipping, and tax. if I counter in the usual way i would lose the 5.95 shipping. I could counter with $21 and let the shipping go back to 7.95, staying still about $30. would that be acceptable?
