@vivlynrott They are mid-rise and have a little stretch and I was a 25 in jeans when I bought these. I took measurements for you…while flat: 15” waistband, 10.5” from opening at the inseam to the edge/hip side. I hope that last measurement makes sense. Will see if I can add a pic.
