This dress was purchased by me at Neiman Marcus in NYC in 2011. I paid over $100 for it. The top portion is a stretchy jersey material while the bottom is a made of cotton and is not stretchy but is an Aline style dress. It has a Navy detachable belt. Which can be belted several times around the waist. It’s super long. Size 8 but will fit a10, and possibly a 12.
