DKNY soho jeans size 8

never worn but no tags- took elthem off ans washed the jeans but they didn't fit. waist is approximately 15 inches flat across, and the inseam is about 31 inches. a bit wider bottom- leg opening is about 9 and 1 /2 inches flat at cuff. non smoking.
