2. Is there a zipper closure or elastic waist
3. Is material sheer or solid

@purplevenus6 hello the measurements are 16 inches W and 28 1/2 inches L. Dark olive green color, the ruffles are sheer, and there a silk under skirt that isn’t see thru underneath (see new pictures). There is no zipper, just a super stretchy elastic band:)
