DKNY black skinny leg stretchy pants nylon/elastane/spandex 8

Bought from an outlet thinking they’d 1) fit and 2) be new stock but there is pilling on the front legs. Also way too tight even though I have a pair which is similar. Waist flat 15.5”, leg length from waist 38.5”, inseam 29”, rise close to 9”.
