This is a very pretty skirt made by DKNY. It is a women's size small there is an elastic waistband. It measures 25.5 inches down. Super simple to use this wrap around skirt. It can be worn during the day or dressed up for an evening event. It is an excellent condition I would like to say it's brand new but I can't because I don't have the tags but there is nothing wrong with it no spots pulls holes nothing is wrong with it!
