DKNY Surplus Tie Waist Dress 20W Plus / Navy

Very flattering DKNY navy blue dress. Brand new and never worn, Tie waist. Below knee length. Dress is very easy to wear - dress up or dress down. I purchased a couple dresses for an event - chose another and forgot to return this one. It is a very nice traditional navy color. I have this dress in another fabric and it is very comfortable and easy to wear. Non smoking home - closet kept.
