DKNY Girls Sequined T-shirt Dress NWT

Looks like a package wrapped in sparkly ribbons! Dress it up or dress it down, T-shirt style dress with capped sleeves. Inner layer made of same fabric as outer layer for a smooth look. Approximately 15" armpit to armpit and 19.75" from armpit to hem. The first and third stripes look green but I think that's just a reflection from something in front of the dress.
