DKNY Dressy Gold Mini Skirt

Gorgeous for a dressy occasion - skirt from DKNY. Its polyester fabric is crinkled. Multiple pleats at the waist and layers of fabric making a ribbon appearance near the hem. It is lined and the hem has two layers of soft tulle it says it is a 12 but the waist measures 13” across and it’s 17” down. There is a small tear in the tulle not visible when wearing.
